India has one of the oldest justice delivery systems in the world from time immemorial. No other justice system has a more ancient or exalted pedigree. Monochromatic, matter of fact and powered by proof, this is the only face of the judiciary that the world sees.

However, its antique, aesthetic and artistic side is often glossed over. This book is an attempt to bring to the fore the extraordinary side of this other-wise black and white world.

A one of its kind rendition and a never to be re-told again story, is what defines the unique character of this pictorial journey of the Indian High Courts. The book, “Architecture of Justice” is a result of more than 100 days of travel, within a short span of six months, across the length and breadth of the country with a passion to see this dream to fruition.
